Our design vision is the result of a thorough land use analysis curated by Bldg Seed and our partners. This planning, combined with an architectural solution, envisions a vibrant hub of commerce including community gathering spaces next to recreation amenities. The mixed-use design includes residential flats, multiple restaurants and offices combined to cultivate community for a larger context of lake front properties. The blend of architectural materials and designed spaces respond to the each program elements, providing unique character in connection to the local culture and place. The incorporation of sustainability goals, coupled with an emphasis to connect with nature, further influence the overall design language. Resulting in an urban environment rich with a layering of experiences and spaces, providing depth within the development and an outward invitation to the passerby.
