Imagine the Lorax, Cat in the Hat and Horton the Elephant all coming over to play. Where oh where would you go? Well, Dr. Fulton had an idea to address this what if, and while he was at it, created a perfect playhouse for all the many grandkids. Situated next to Dr. Fulton’s home at the yard’s edge, this wonky, garden style structure stretches out to the native fields beyond. The space provides hours of entertainment for the little people, complete with a ladder, bridge, rope swing, low ceiling, fire pole and talking deer. The roof deck above creates the perfect place for adults to park, catch-up and watch the sunset. A small and not so serious design, this project was all fun!
